Q. Where is the product manufactured?


A. All our products are manufactured in Korea. In line with our brand philosophy, we sell only products made in Korea.

Q. Where can I inquire about collaboration and sponsorship?


A. For inquiries regarding external collaboration and sponsorship, please leave a message on our website or contact us at our representative email address, intersectionyni@gmail.com. We will review your inquiry and respond accordingly.

Q. I want to make a purchase internationally.


A. We provide international shipping, fulfilled through FedEx. Shipping fees will be applied automatically after selecting your country at checkout, and delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on region. 


If your country does not appear in the list, please contact us via chat; we will confirm availability and guide you through the payment process.

Q. I want to visit a offline(showroom) store.


A. Currently, the offline store is located in Seoul and can be visited by appointment. If you come without a reservation, the store may not be open or we may refuse your visit due to personal work. Please make a reservation in advance through the Contact and KakaoTalk channels.

Q.  Can I place a personal (custom) order?


A. Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting individual orders, but when we do, we will announce it on our website and various channels (Twitter, Instagram).
